Rent is paid in euros – amount 2,235 euros excluding VAT (commercial unit – 22.03 euros/m2, parking space 134.66 euros, storage – 9.79 euros/m2)
Service charges – 130.75 CZK/m2 + VAT.
Electricity is paid separately according to consumption.

From January 2025, one month’s rent free per year! The lease agreement is until October 2029 with the possibility of extension. Available from January 2025.
