We offer a 3+kk apartment with an area of 60m2 featuring three separate rooms, a separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment also includes a 3m2 balcony and a cellar. On the floor, you can rent a shared storage room for 83 CZK/month. Upon agreement with the owner, a refrigerator for the kitchen can also be purchased.
The building has an elevator and parking is available in front of the building – there are no paid zones.
The security deposit is set at one month’s rent. Fees are set at 2500 CZK per person. For 3 or more people, fees are calculated individually. The commission is one month’s rent + VAT. Small pets are tolerated.
