VALID BUILDING PERMIT for the construction of a hall and offices. Sale of a commercial land of 2501m2 in the cadastral area of Rajhrad with a valid building permit for the construction of a hall of 339m2 and a building for administration of 93m2. The land is accessible from the main road leading to Syrovice (ul. Stará pošta), is flat and trapezoidal in shape, therefore the following dimensions of the land are provided as average – length approx. 95m, width approx. 25m.

The construction land is located on the western side of the village in the area of Stará pošta, where the zoning plan defines the expansion of the industrial zone. It is a buildable area and a mixed production area. Currently, there are several halls around the location.

The proposed hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 18.1×18.7 m and is single-storey. The height to the eaves is 8m and the ridge is at 8.230m from level 0m. From the third class road, Stará pošta street (no. 2138/1), a new access road is approved. The access road should be constructed as a reinforced concrete surface. Parking spaces for the production hall should be established on the investor’s land. Behind the hall, a reinforced area is proposed partly concrete, other reinforced areas are proposed gravel.

The hall was designed for a company specializing in the rental of mobile cranes and their servicing. The hall was intended for crane maintenance and storage of necessary spare parts with the possibility of outdoor washing.

The administrative part is proposed on the southern side of the land. The ground floor consists of one container, while the second floor consists of five containers. The building dimension is 12.760×6.575m. The total width of the administrative building is 7.775m, and the height is 6.52m. The ground floor includes an archive and a technical room. The second floor includes two offices, a day room, toilets, a shower, a cleaning room, and a changing room. These are permanent structures. Three parking spaces are proposed under the administration.

The location is very accessible as it is connected to the D52 highway (direction Brno-Mikulov-Vienna), which is in close proximity to the land, and approximately 10km away there is access to the D1 highway (Brno – Prague) and D2 (direction Brno – Bratislava).
