VALID BUILDING PERMIT for the construction of a hall and offices. Sale of a commercial land of 2501m2 in the cadastral area of Rajhrad with a valid building permit for the construction of a hall of 339m2 and a building for administration of 93m2. The administrative part is proposed on the southern side of the land. The ground floor consists of one container, while the second floor consists of five containers. The building dimension is 12.760×6.575m. The total width of the administrative building is 7.775m, and the height is 6.52m. The ground floor includes an archive and a technical room. The second floor includes two offices, a day room, toilets, a shower, a cleaning room, and a changing room. These are permanent structures. Three parking spaces are proposed under the administration.

The location is very accessible as it is connected to the D52 highway (direction Brno-Mikulov-Vienna), which is in close proximity to the land, and approximately 10km away there is access to the D1 highway (Brno – Prague) and D2 (direction Brno – Bratislava).
