The newer cottage with an area of about 15m2 also offers the possibility of sitting down for a good lunch, coffee, or wine on a paved terrace with a therapeutic view of the greenery. The cottage has electricity and can also be connected to drinking water. The drinking water supply is in the garden with its own consumption meter, and the cottage also has its own electric meter and a socket for 380 V.
It is also possible to consider creating a winter garden on the terrace or possibly expanding the cottage to a total area of 30 m2.
The garden with an area of about 440m2 has a rectangular shape and is perfect for growing crops. In the garden, you will find organic fruit trees (cherry, cherry, plum, etc.) or shrubby crops – currants, gooseberries, Canadian blueberries… You can save money on rising food prices by growing your own crops.
You can park a short distance from the plot or even build a parking space in the garden. There is also a dry toilet in the garden or you can also use a standard shared brick toilet near the garden. The owners usually spend time at the cottage from spring to autumn.
The slightly sloping land is leased from the gardeners’ association with a small annual fee.
By agreement, kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, etc.) can be left, including furniture (beds and garden table with 4 chairs). By agreement, extensive garden equipment (lawn mower, motorized and cordless telescopic hedge trimmers, saw, vacuum cleaner, water tank, composter, etc.) can also be left, or by agreement, new greenhouses with automatic thermo ventilation can be left – still unpacked as shown in the photo. The owner can also provide a pool – the area in the garden is prepared for it.
Full city services are within reach. Shops including a newsagent with gardening supplies. There is also a sports complex nearby – swimming pools, sauna, and other sports facilities, as well as surrounding forests, trails…
The owner reserves the right to sell the cottage with the transfer of the lease to the highest bidder.
