From the Horní Domky area with two cable cars and many lifts, you can ski right to the house. Within driving distance are Studenov and many ski resorts in the area (Paseky, Harrachov, Kořenov, Rejdice…).
Rokytnice is popular not only with downhill skiers, but also has groomed cross-country ski trails, suitable terrain for ski touring, and in the summer for cyclists, as well as beautiful nature for hikers. There is also a sports hall with tennis courts and gyms, a bowling alley, sauna, educational trails, and more.
The apartment has a kitchenette with an electric hob, but we recommend visiting the excellent hotel restaurant, cocktail bar, or other popular local pubs. A small shop is within walking distance, while a larger supermarket is on Dolní náměstí.
You can use the apartment for private purposes or as income from short-term rentals, or a combination of both. An established accommodation company with a reception on Horní náměstí will take care of everything if you are interested.
On the ground floor of the building, there is a common room with lockable ski racks.
In the area, there are groceries, restaurants, a post office, a supermarket in the village, a school, a kindergarten, a folk school of art, sports clubs, a library, banks, bus transport, and all necessary amenities.
The building has a local cable TV, which also provides internet. Heating is provided by direct heaters, and hot water is heated by a boiler. Separate regulation is most suitable for a mountain apartment.
