Renting apartments in Sudkov

We offer apartment rentals in Sudkov by the pond.
The apartments are located in a newly renovated building with a total of 16 units.
Each apartment has a new bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchenette with an electric stove; the apartments are not furnished. The apartments have separate heating with electric heaters and hot water provided by an electric boiler.
Each apartment has cable internet connection (available for around 300 CZK per month) and antenna TV (free of charge).
Tenants pay for their own electricity consumption directly to the supplier, with a water deposit of 500 CZK per person per month.
Currently available are apartment no. 6, 2+kk (36.19 m2) for 9500 CZK + utilities, no. 10, 1+kk (30.15 m2) for 8000 CZK + utilities (reserved – apartment no. 13, 2+kk, 44.09 m2, for 10500 CZK + utilities).
Average heating and hot water costs can range from approximately 2,500 CZK to 3,000 CZK per month depending on the floor area of the apartment, plus water consumption of 500 CZK per person per month.
There is a fenced courtyard behind the building with plenty of parking spaces, and each apartment has storage space in the adjacent building; the building does not have an elevator.
Upon signing the lease agreement and taking over the apartment, the tenant must pay a refundable deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent + rent and water utilities in advance for 1 month + an agency fee equivalent to one month’s rent.
Preference is given to tenants with employment, non-smokers, no pets, no executions, and a clean criminal record.
