We offer you a family house with a garden for rent in Zahradní Street in a quiet part of the village Zdice. It is a two-story family house with the following layout.
1st floor – Entrance hall, living room, hallway with staircase, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub.
2nd floor – Staircase, two bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, and extractor hood. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler, and heating is provided by gas stoves of the “VAF” type. There is storage space under the staircase.
By agreement with the owner, internet and television from the company Nej.tv can be used.
The house comes with a garden where a garden shed is located, which can be used as storage space or a workshop.
Parking is possible on the street in front of the house or in the garden.
The town of Zdice offers all civic amenities such as primary and nursery schools, post office, town hall, shops, restaurants, sports facilities, forest park, etc. Transportation services are provided by train connections, bus lines, and highways.
Half of the commission fee is paid by the tenant and half by the owner.
