On arrival, you are welcomed by a garden with a picturesque pond and a terrace. The house offers 3 rooms that provide plenty of space for a family of two or three – for living, working from home and relaxing. With a living area of 75 m², this compact house strikes the perfect balance between spaciousness, cosiness and maintenance requirements.
● The kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Next to the kitchenette is a dining table with 4 chairs.
● The living room has a spacious sofa, a bookcase and a wood-burning stove. You will experience a crackling fire in the fireplace that casts a warm glow throughout the room.
● The bathroom has a double sink, spacious shower, toilet and washing machine.
● A great benefit of the house is its terrace. Imagine sitting on the terrace, with a pond and garden in front of you, a cherry tree growing above you, sipping your morning coffee and listening to the birds singing, or relaxing here in the evening after a long day. It’s your private outdoor oasis.
A pleasant climate in the house is ensured by inverter air conditioning, which works on the heat pump principle – cooling in summer, and heating in winter. The hot water is heated by an electric boiler.
As for shops, just 2 minutes by car from the house you will find Penny Market. Forget the stress of running around the big stores – here you can pop in for a little shopping without it becoming a big trip.
Prague can be reached by bus: bus lines 381, 382, 387 and 959 will take you from Mukařov to the Háje "C" metro station in 30 minutes. In the morning and afternoon rush hours, buses run every 15 minutes. By car, you can reach Pankrác in half an hour.
Srbín, a suburb of Mukařov, is known for its quiet atmosphere. It is an ideal choice for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city without giving up comfort.
When you feel like a trip into nature, the nearby Voděradské bučiny nature reserve offers pleasant hiking and cycling trails.
Monthly advance payments in utilities (900 CZK for 2 persons) include cold water supply and garbage collection. Electricity (approx. CZK 2,500) is transferred to the tenant. Cesspool collection: 1.500 CZK.
