We offer you the mediation of the rental of a newly built apartment from 2018 with an area of ​​48 m2 (40 m2 apartment and 8 m2 glazed loggia) available 2+kk, located in Souběžná Street (Na Žebrech), in a newly built apartment building on the 2nd floor without elevator. The apartment facing the west side has plastic windows, floating floors, new paving, wall tiles and a new beautiful bathroom with sanitary facilities, a new kitchen incl. appliances, new electricity distribution in copper and water in plastic, brick core and security entrance door. The apartment’s floor heating is provided by its own economical gas boiler. All utility networks are brought to the apartment, incl. internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances incl. refrigerator with freezer, dishwashers and washing machines. Only built-in furniture will remain in the apartment, incl. built-in wardrobes in the entrance hall and shoe room. Only the table under the TV and shelves on the walls in both rooms will remain in the living room. Free parking is possible right in front of the house. The apartment can be moved into from 1 January 2025.
