In exclusive representation of the owners, I offer a commercial property for long-term lease. The property consists of two interconnected buildings and adjacent separate workshops. The front part (originally a family house) is used for administration, while the rear connecting part is a two-story building designed for light production or as storage space with multiple large and smaller rooms, offices, social facilities, changing rooms, and a laundry room.
Previous uses include a kindergarten, followed by the production of hosiery and footwear until 2023. The floors of the production area are connected by a light freight elevator for supply from the rear supply area. The rear section has a separate entrance. The courtyard is paved, with a loading ramp and direct access to the elevator.
Adjacent to the property are separate, heated workshops and an unheated storage area (combination of brick and sheet metal). The clean rent is 40,000 CZK, the refundable security deposit is 80,000 CZK + real estate commission equivalent to one month’s rent.
