The small room is for a maximum of 1 person, the large room is for a maximum of 2 people.

Monthly rent for 1 person in the small room is 5,000 CZK + utilities (summer months 1,500 CZK, winter months 4,000 CZK). Monthly rent for 2 people in the large room is 7,500 CZK + utilities (summer months 1,500 CZK, winter months 4,000 CZK). Real estate agency commission is 5,000 CZK for the small room, 7,500 CZK for the large room. Refundable deposit to the owner is 5,000 CZK for the small room, 7,500 CZK for the large room. So, at the beginning, you pay 15,000 CZK for one person.
