We offer for long-term rent from 1.11.2024 a partially furnished 2-room apartment with a modified layout, measuring 47 m2, located on the 5th floor of a brick building without an elevator in Karlovy Vary, Jan Palach Embankment.
The heating of the apartment and hot water supply are provided by a district heating system. In addition to the rent of 9,000 CZK, the tenant pays advances for services of 4,000 CZK/3 persons and advances for utilities (electricity and gas).
On the day of signing the lease agreement, the tenant pays the landlord the rent including advances for services for the first month, a refundable deposit of 18,000 CZK, and a commission to the agent of 9,000 CZK + 21% VAT.
