The apartment, sized at 70 m² with a 32 m² terrace (terrace is not secured with a railing), is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story family house with a separate entrance to both the house and the floor via a staircase. Behind the main house door, there is a shared vestibule (additional residential units are on the first floor), from which there is access to the staircase leading to the apartment unit.
Layout and equipment of the apartment: living room with kitchenette – 20 m² (microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, hood, fridge, dining area, TV, TV cabinet). Bedroom – 20 m² (2 x bed, wardrobe, cabinet, 2 x nightstand). Room – 20 m² (2 x bed, room divider, 2 x nightstand, duvet), possibility to access the terrace. You can use the garden around the house, and by arrangement, other garden areas suitable for grilling. High-speed internet is also available as part of the rental. Next to the apartment is a separate room that can be rented and used, for example, as a guest room or office (by arrangement with the owner). The apartment is connected to the municipal water and sewer system, heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler. Parking is available in the courtyard or in front of the house.
