The apartment is rented unfurnished, with only a kitchen unit with an electric stove and extractor hood. The bathroom has a tiled shower, sink, toilet, and a wall-mounted boiler for hot water. There is a small built-in wardrobe in the hallway. The apartment is heated by a wood-burning stove.

The apartment building has undergone exterior reconstruction, including insulation of the building and the replacement of plastic windows and entrance doors. The apartment also includes a storage space in the mezzanine, suitable for storing items, and a shed in the courtyard in front of the building, where you can store firewood.

Parking is available directly in front of the building. We prefer respectful and solvent applicants for long-term rental with good payment morals.
