Apartment for rent available 1+kk + balcony, within immediate walking distance to the city center.
This is an apartment in a brick, renovated building on Příční street, opposite the building of the district police department of the Czech Republic, in the part of the street leading to Bratislavská street.
The distance to the city center itself is approximately 600 m – a 7-minute walk. Public transport stops are about 350 m away (tram) from the building – 2 stops to the city center. The tenant of the apartment, in case of establishing a permanent residence at the apartment address, can use residential parking in the Zábrdovice area for 200 CZK per year, as well as in the surrounding neighboring areas (Černá Pole, Ponava, Trnitá).
In the vicinity of the building, there is not only all civic amenities (Albert supermarket almost next to the building, other shops, restaurants, sports facilities, doctors, pharmacies, swimming stadium, …), but also city parks – Koliště park, park at 28. října square, Lužánky park.
The apartment is located on the 6th (penultimate) floor, has a floor area of 28 m2 + balcony 3 m2. The owner requires a deposit equal to one month’s rent (15,500 CZK or 15,800 CZK – in the case of two people in the apartment).
The apartment is suitable for 1 – 2 people (in the case of two people, only a couple), without pets.
