Reality 11 offer you a fully furnished 1+1 apartment located in a nice and well-maintained brick house with a garden.
We reserve the right to choose a suitable tenant. (we are looking for only 1 person for this apartment, ideally a polite, working lady/woman/student)
No pets are allowed in the house, which we also welcome now.
It is a nicely and modernly furnished 1+1 on the ground floor of a renovated brick house with a garden and pergola with a grill, which can be used (for example, for sitting, gardening, or relaxing).
The kitchenette includes an electric stove, a large fridge, a table, chairs, a sofa, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom has a large bed, a dresser, a TV, and a wardrobe. Curtains are also included.
The house is quiet and peaceful.
There are 3 other apartments rented to decent and hassle-free tenants in the house.
Tenants are expected to separate waste, lock the gate and the house, and not slam the doors in the evening.
The garden is shared.
The bus stop is approximately 3 minutes away from the house.
The Radotín train station is within a reachable distance.
Parking is possible right in front of the house.
