As selected representatives of the owner, we offer for rent a spacious 3+1 apartment (90m²) with separate rooms on the first floor of the house, located in a conveniently accessible area of Brno – Tuřany – Ivanovice, on Vyšehradská street, with an entrance hall (2m²), terrace (8m²) and parking for two cars right in front of the house.

The private entrance to the apartment through the hallway with stairs leads you to a spacious corridor, from which there are separate entrances to each room:
– 3 separate rooms (22m², 16m², and 20m²) with laminate flooring, dormer windows facing south towards the street.
– Bathroom (14m²) with a shower, electric water heater, sink, and space for a washing machine, as well as a toilet
and further space that leads to a furnished kitchen with a dining area and access to the terrace (8m²) overlooking the garden, equipped with seating and providing an ideal space for relaxation and rest, also surely appreciated during morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including white goods and offers plenty of storage space for your culinary tools.

The apartment is located in a very well-maintained brick house, where the size of the apartment offers enough space for comfortable living and is therefore ideal for families or shared living. Housing costs / Energy efficiency
Heating of the apartment is provided by an efficient and economical combined gas boiler. Plastic windows, thicker walls + insulation. Thanks to thorough reconstruction, the floor it is located on (2/2), and the warm orientation, there is no expectation of higher energy consumption.
Energy and service charges are based on the number of people – 6,000 CZK/month (3 people), + 2,000 CZK per additional person.
The refundable deposit is set at 1x rent l Commission RK 1x rent.

Parking / transportation
The location itself has excellent transport accessibility. Public transport stops – Revoluční / Holásecká are located just a short walk from the house. There is the possibility to park directly at the house in 2 reserved spaces.
