We offer for rent a fully furnished room in a new apartment with separate rooms (approximately 20m²), located in the Ponava part of Brno, on Staňkova street.
The apartment and rooms are fully equipped with furniture and appliances (see photo). This property offers an ideal space for shared living. It has spacious interiors and bright rooms.
The surrounding area offers all amenities, including shops and restaurants. Nearby is Lužánky Park, the oldest and largest city park in Brno. It is a pleasant living area. Another great advantage is the public transport stop – 150m from the house at Hrnčířská (connections – trams 2,4,6,7,8,9 + buses N90, N91) and 500m away is the Pionýrská stop (connections – trolleybuses 25, 26), which allows easy access without transfer to the city center and other parts of Brno.
The price is for a bed in a room for 2 people, in a 3+1 apartment (maximum 6 people). Fully equipped room – beds, desks with chairs, storage spaces – wardrobes, etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (shared with other rooms) available.
The total rental costs and monthly rent payment (beds) are as follows:
Rent:
7,000 CZK + 1,500 CZK energy and service deposit (including internet, TV, etc.) for the entire room for one person.
Refundable deposit is set at 1x the rent. Agency commission 1x the rent.
Other:
As this is shared accommodation, the apartment is newly renovated and due to allergies, tenants without pets are preferred.
