Rent of a detached family house with a 1-room apartment available.
The living space (approx. 30 sqm) is located on an elevated floor of the house and consists of a spacious living room and a kitchenette, separated by a bar counter. The bathroom is shared with a toilet. There is a small front garden in front of the house, which can be used for sitting in warmer months. The house is fully equipped and furnished with furniture, TV, appliances, and a washing machine. It is more suitable for one person, at most for a young, childless couple. No pets allowed.
The village of Chotíkov is located northeast, about 7km from the center of the city of Pilsen, near the Globus shopping center. The village has all the amenities – Coop grocery store, school, kindergarten, post office, and public transport stop just a few steps away from the house.
The monthly rent is 13,500 CZK, the tenant pays for electricity and gas separately.
The owner requires a deposit equal to two months’ rent, and the real estate commission fee is 13,500 CZK + VAT.
