Monthly rent is 7,500 CZK + 2,450 CZK services/person, 2,750 CZK/2nd person. Services include water, heating, common area lighting, waste disposal, trash bins, elevator. Charges are based on actual consumption, with any overpayments/underpayments reconciled. Electricity and gas transfer to the tenant is approximately 800 CZK total. Deposit is 10,000 CZK, agency fee is 10,000 CZK including VAT.
