Reality 11 offers you a fully furnished 1+1 apartment located in a nice and well-maintained brick house with a garden.
We reserve the right to choose a suitable subtenant. (We are looking for only 1 person for this apartment, ideally a decent, working woman/student).
There are no pets in the house, which we also welcome now. It is a nicely and modernly furnished 1+1 on the ground floor of a renovated brick house with a garden and pergola with a grill, which can be used for sitting, gardening, or relaxing. The kitchenette includes an electric stove, large fridge, table, chairs, sofa, and a coffee maker. The bedroom features a large bed, dresser, TV, and wardrobe. Curtains are also included.
The house is quiet and peaceful. There are 3 other apartments rented to decent and trouble-free tenants in the house. Tenants are expected to separate waste, lock the gate and house, and not slam doors in the evening. The garden is shared.
There is a bus stop approximately 3 minutes from the house. Radotín train station is within easy reach. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
