We offer for rent an apartment that underwent a complete and successful reconstruction in 2019. The floor area of the apartment is 49m2, and the layout has been adjusted. The apartment will remain mostly furnished, with no freestanding appliances (washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator). There are two balconies included in the apartment. The apartment is located on Růžová Street, near the center of Most, on the 9th floor of a panel building that has undergone revitalization. There is plenty of parking space available.

The monthly rent for one person is 9,500 CZK + 1,937 CZK for fees related to the use of the apartment. In total, it is 11,437 CZK. For each additional person, there is an additional 600 CZK. The rent does not include electricity deposits.

When signing the lease agreement, a refundable deposit of 15,000 CZK, the real estate agency commission equal to one month’s rent, and the first month’s rent are required.
