Hello, as part of the ALL INCLUSIVE service, we offer you an apartment for rent in personal ownership, available in the popular part of Prague’s Barrandov.

This partially furnished apartment is located on the 5th floor and is oriented to the west. With its layout and size of almost 58 m2, it is suitable for living for example for a young couple or a small family.

The first room of the apartment contains a kitchenette equipped with all common appliances such as a fridge with a freezer, a hob with an electric oven, and an extractor hood. The kitchen leads into the living room, which features a comfortable sofa with a coffee table and a TV wall. From the living room, there is also access to a balcony, which can be used for a peaceful coffee break. The second room is used as a bedroom. This room then leads to another separate room, currently used as a dressing area and a place for exercise.

The apartment also includes a spacious entrance hall with wardrobes, leading to the bathroom with a bathtub, a sink with a mirror, a washing machine, and a toilet.

The rent also includes a garage parking space and a cellar compartment in the basement of the building.

The residential building is located in a quiet area with all amenities such as kindergartens, schools, shops, and a clinic, all within a 5-minute walk from the house. Also within walking distance is Prokop Valley, which offers great opportunities for sports activities and peaceful walks in nature. Parking in front of the building is also possible. Another bonus is the excellent access to the center of Prague via tram within 10 minutes. The metro station of line B – Smíchovské nádraží is 6 tram stops away. There is also easy access to the city ring road.

The monthly service charges amount to just under 6,800 CZK. Electricity charges are individual based on consumption and amount to approximately 1,000 CZK + the transfer of electricity to the tenant. The security deposit is two months’ rent.
