Cerhenice is a beautiful, peaceful village with approximately 120 houses. Some of the neighborhood is inhabited by longtime residents, but in recent years, many young people from larger cities have been moving here. It is located directly next to the town of Cerhenice, under which it falls administratively. Cerhenice is very close to Pečky, which is a town roughly three-quarters of the way from Prague to Kolín. So it is a very accessible place by both train and car.
Within the village’s boundaries, there is a plot of land measuring 1717m2, on which we are pleased to offer to build a turnkey house for you.
The building will have a gabled roof, open to the garden and separated from the public road by a brick wall. The two-story structure will feature a large living space on the ground floor with a kitchen and dining area, with access to the terrace through French doors. Additionally, on the ground floor, there will be a study or bedroom, a bathroom, and a cloakroom. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom, a storage room, and a technical room.
The building has been designed by Ing. architect Jitka Becková specifically for this plot of land, and the offer includes complete construction according to the project. Custom changes to the layout and surface materials are possible to suit your preferences.
The plot is connected to all utilities, including gas, municipal water supply, sewage system, and electricity. Connection to these utilities is standard, and you can choose the heating source as part of custom changes.
You can reach Cerhenice by car in two minutes and by a leisurely walk in twenty. When I talk about walking, be prepared for a beautiful stroll along a paved sidewalk through groves and past possibly the most beautiful and best-equipped playground in the Central Bohemian Region. Here you will find a wooden maze, a climbing wall, crawl tubes and slides, and an observation tower. In Cerhenice, you can shop at Jednota, send a letter from the post office, have a beer at the Sokolovna, and for children, there are even two lovely kindergartens and one elementary school. From here, you can easily take a train to Prague or Kolín, and if you need anything, you can find it just a few kilometers away in Pečky. A direct bus from Cerhenice runs to Pečky, Kolín, and Poděbrady.
