Heating is provided by an efficient gas boiler in the basement of the building, so you can regulate the warmth in the apartment as needed.
The owner will be pleased to have another reliable tenant and, in addition to accommodating negotiations, offers the possibility of renting including small pets. Minimum rental period is 1 year. The tenant covers the costs of TV, water, heating, shared spaces in the building, etc., amounting to approximately 8,000 CZK + their own electricity consumption in the apartment.
A refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent and services is required. The commission for the real estate agency is also the same amount.
If you wish to sublet the apartment further (short-term rentals, etc.), an additional 8,000 CZK will be required.
