We offer a short-term rental of a 2+1 luxury apartment with a balcony on behalf of the owner, for the period from January 6, 2025 to June 30, 2025. The rental property is a 58 m2 apartment that has undergone extensive modernization and offers a very pleasant standard of living thanks to its complete equipment and furnishings. The apartment also includes a balcony of approximately 3.5 m2 facing the greenery between the buildings. It is located on the third floor of a panel building with an elevator. Another advantage is undoubtedly the abundance of parking spaces within walking distance of the building. Additionally, there is a shared bicycle storage / stroller room available within the building.
The comfort of living is ensured by the complete equipment and furnishings of the apartment, which are included in the rental. The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchen unit with built-in appliances (combined fridge with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle). The bathroom features a shower and also includes a washing machine and dryer. Storage space in the bathroom is provided by a vanity cabinet and custom-made shelves. In the living room, you will find a sofa with a glass coffee table, a custom-made wall unit with a TV, and a desk with monitors. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables, a custom-made wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV. The entrance hall features a coat rack wall with shelves and a large mirror. The balcony is equipped with garden chairs and a table. So all you need to do is pack your bags and move in. The orientation of the apartment is east (bedroom) and west (living room and kitchen), ensuring plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The layout of the apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. The floors are tiled and wooden parquet. Heating and hot water are centrally provided. The monthly expenses associated with the rental are 20,500 CZK rent + 3,900 CZK including an internet fee.
