We offer for long-term rent a sunny attic apartment 2+1 after a complete reconstruction. It is located on the second floor, with a common attic for drying laundry above the apartment. Heating is either by gas boiler and radiators or solid fuel stoves. Also available for use is a large cellar. The monthly rent is 10,000 CZK, with utilities (water, waste, hallway lighting, services) charges of 1,000 CZK for one person, and 500 CZK for each additional person. Before moving in, a security deposit of 20,000 CZK and a commission of 10,000 CZK are also required. Energy costs are transferred to the tenant and are not included in the rent.
