Within walking distance, there is the Barrandov polyclinic and the entertaining Aqua center with slides. The location is peaceful, with close access to natural areas such as Prokopské údolí, ideal for walks, running, and cycling. Hlubočepy and the adjacent Barrandov area are modern neighborhoods with good amenities (shops, restaurants, services), ensuring comfortable living. Public transport – 200 m tram-bus stop Chaplinovo náměstí heading to Smíchovské nádraží, where you can transfer to metro line B or use train connections. Near the main highway exit to the D5 highway towards Plzeň. After a few minutes’ drive, you can easily reach the Prague Ring Road with fast connections to all highway routes, including D1 (Brno), D8 (Teplice), and D11 (Hradec Kr.). Also easily accessible is Václav Havel Airport (about 20 minutes), appreciated by frequent flyers.
