Hlubočepy and the adjacent area of Barrandov are a modern neighborhood with good amenities (shops, restaurants, services), ensuring comfortable living. Public transport – 200 m tram-bus stop Chaplinovo náměstí heading to Smíchovské nádraží, where you can transfer to metro line B or use train connections. The main highway exit to the D5 highway towards Plzeň is nearby. After a few minutes drive, you can easily reach the Prague ring road with fast connections to all highway routes, including D1 (Brno), D8 (Teplice), and D11 (Hradec Kr.). Václav Havel Airport is also easily accessible (approximately 20 minutes), which will be appreciated by frequent flyers.
