Spacious and very bright 2+kk apartment with a balcony, with a total area of 50.4 m² (apartment 45.3 m², balcony 5.1 m²), on the 3rd floor (4th floor) of a three-story panel building without an elevator in a quiet part of Prague 5 – Hlubočepy, on Kurandové street. The apartment also includes a larger cellar with an area of 3.77 m². The owner prefers tenants without pets and non-smokers. Foreigners by agreement.
The apartment has a built-in core with a renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine connection, separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer, electric stove, and hood. The kitchen also includes a countertop with plenty of storage space and a tall food pantry in the corner of the living room. The bedroom offers a view of a quiet forest park. In the entrance hall, there is a built-in wardrobe and a small shoe rack. By agreement, some furnishings can be left in the apartment (wardrobe in the bedroom, sofa and table in the living room… see photo), or complete clearance can be arranged according to the tenant’s wishes.
In front of the building, there is a kindergarten, a school a few meters away, and several supermarkets. The nearest Billa is 150 m, Albert 300 m, LIDL 400 m. Within walking distance, there is the Barrandov polyclinic and the Aqua center with slides for entertainment. The location is quiet, with close access to natural areas such as Prokopské údolí, ideal for walking, running, cycling. Hlubočepy and the adjacent area of Barrandov are a modern neighborhood with good amenities (shops, restaurants, services), ensuring comfortable living. Public transport – 200 m tram-bus stop Chaplinovo náměstí heading to Smíchovské nádraží, where you can transfer to metro line B or use train connections. The main highway exit to the D5 highway towards Plzeň is nearby. After a few minutes drive, you can easily reach the Prague ring road with fast connections to all highway routes, including D1 (Brno), D8 (Teplice), and D11 (Hradec Kr.). Václav Havel Airport is also easily accessible (approximately 20 minutes), which will be appreciated by frequent flyers.
